I have noticed a significant increase in the amount of showings that are happening on my listings lately. Could this mean the market is picking up or is it a fluke? Personally, I think we may still be in a slump but possibly slight increase in activity after the holidays. Hope it means better news for sellers and that the buyers are moving forward. Only time will tell.
