Remember when purchasing new construction that you are still able to and should have representation. Most builders offer compensation to buyers agents and therefore you will feel more comfortable knowing you have someone on your side.

There are currently approximately 2,589 residential homes for sale in Washtenaw County. This is not counting condo's. There have been 41 residential homes that have sold so far for the month of November. Amazing!

My Own Business

It is great to have been able to open my own company. With the way the market is going and my 10 month old son in my life, I believe it was a great opportunity to start out on my own. I hope to be able to service my clients to their satisfaction and am looking forward to many wonderful years with my past, present and future clients.
