Mortgage companies are taking a dive right now and something needs to be done to get the economy back on track. The one thing we can hope for is that the interest will start dropping to make things happen. If interest rates go down, anyone who has been thinking of buying a home should take advantage of the buyers market. Homes are being priced lower than I have seen them in years!
